Terms governing access to ProviderFront public intelligence and subscription workflows.

ProviderFront provides healthcare provider and practice market intelligence derived from public records and documented transformations. It is not a patient-review service, credential-verification service, provider-ranking system, or clinical recommendation engine.
Signals are informational. An NPI, NPPES update, or ProviderFront inference does not prove licensure, credentialing, quality, network participation, availability, or a practice opening. You are responsible for independent verification before consequential decisions.
Accounts may be used only by authorized members of the subscribing organization. You must protect credentials, respect plan limits, and avoid attempts to bypass access, export, rate, privacy, or tenant controls.
ProviderFront may correct, suppress, merge, redirect, or remove records when source changes, privacy review, or quality controls require it. Subscription and billing terms shown at checkout apply to paid plans. The service may change as public sources and their formats change.
