You may use ProviderFront for lawful healthcare market research and responsible business-development workflows.
You may not use ProviderFront to make patient-care decisions; make credentialing decisions based solely on ProviderFront; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or profile individuals unlawfully; conduct deceptive or unlawful outreach; republish suppressed or private fields; identify patients; or collect protected health information.
You may not scrape around technical controls, exceed documented export or rate limits, resell raw records as a substitute ProviderFront service, probe other tenants, compromise sessions, or interfere with ingestion and alert operations.
Notes and free-text forms must not contain PHI. If PHI is submitted accidentally, stop using the affected record and contact security@providerfront.com for deletion review.
