ProviderFront protects customer accounts with expiring sessions, strong password storage, and access checks on every request. Sensitive actions such as exports and billing changes are recorded in an audit log you can review.
Your account, lead, alert, billing, and export data is isolated to your organization. Provider fields that are not approved for public display are removed before a page is built, so they never reach the browser.
All traffic is encrypted in transit. We monitor data freshness, alert delivery, and the correction queue, and we investigate anomalies before they affect what you see.
Report a suspected vulnerability to security@providerfront.com with steps to reproduce and no unnecessary personal data. Do not access another person’s data or disrupt the service while researching an issue.
