ProviderFront Privacy Policy
How ProviderFront handles public provider data, customer account data, and privacy requests.
Last updated July 20, 2026
ProviderFront processes public healthcare-provider records to create normalized change intelligence. Public availability does not remove privacy risk, so field-level policy is applied before records reach pages, alerts, or exports.
Provider data
Public profiles may show organization or practice names, reported practice locations, taxonomies, NPI, and source dates. Mailing addresses are non-public by default. Residential or private-looking practice locations can be reduced to city/state or suppressed. Personal phone, direct email, fax, endpoint details, EIN data, and license numbers are not published as lead fields.
Customer data
Account identity, watchlists, saved leads, notes, assignments, exports, billing status, and audit history are private and tenant-isolated. Do not place protected health information in notes or forms. Report accidental PHI through the contact route for deletion review.
Requests and retention
ProviderFront accepts correction and suppression requests, records the review outcome, and keeps active suppression rules across later source imports. Customer sessions, security events, exports, and billing events are retained only as needed for service, security, legal, and audit purposes.
Contact privacy@providerfront.com or use the corrections page for provider-record requests.
